I don't seem to be getting enough hits on my site. What do I need to do?

First of all have you assigned credits to your site(s)? If you don’t do this then your site(s) will not be seen. To assign credits go to tools then my websites. Here you will find a list of your sites, you can either scroll down to the bottom of the page and automatically allocate all your credits evenly to each site by clicking on Allocate now. Or you can click on the Green “E” and add credits to each of your sites individually. If this does not help then add your site again, remember as a free member you can add a site up to 5 times.

Can I earn real money from this Exchange?

If your intention is to surf for cash, you would do better finding a pay for click site. This is an Advertising Business. There are NO paid to click ads at this Traffic exchange. We reward our surfing members with bonuses,and when you see a special prizes, click on it and see if you have won a prize. You will win a Prize most of the time- Good Luck! You can win credits, text credits and banner credits. Pro Members can earn Cash Prizes! Cash out for Pro Members cash is $25 in your account. I am new to Traffic Exchanges, how do they work?

The whole idea of an exchange is to provide free advertising to what you are promoting on line. If you have credits then other members when surfing see your sites and may well join or purchase something from your sites. The exchange works on credits so very simply if you have no credits to allocate to your sites nobody sees them. There are three ways to get credits. Firstly by surfing you are viewing other members sites, for doing that each site you view you receive 0.5 of a credit added to your account. Say you surf 50 times then you will have 25 credits in your account which you can then allocate to your sites to be seen by other members. This is totally free and only costs you your time and effort. The second way is to buy credits. Members might do this if they do not have the time to surf. Lastly many members become pro members, by paying a regular amount to the exchange on a monthly bases. Not only will this give them credits every month automatically, but they also get things like an improved surf ratio, ( Instead of 0.5 credits a click they can get 1 credit per click) and other things like more site spaces, more banner and text adds.

I have run out of banner or text credits can I change my surf credits into banner or text credits?

Yes, once logged in, in the tools menu click on Convert. Then Convert surf credits into conversion credits. Once you have done this then convert your conversion credits into normal banner or text credits.

Why do I have to surf sites to get my account active?

Members receive credits on sign up, unfortunately there are people about that would take the credits add a site and never come back. All that is asked of our members is that they surf 50 pages to get their account active.

What does it take to be an active member?

An active member is a member who has surfed at least 100 pages and has a site in rotation with credits assigned.If you are found to be non-active, your account will be deleted with loss of credits and cash!

How do i get paid for an active referral?

When you have at least 5 active referrals-see above what an active member is-put the referrals id numbers in a support ticket, and if verified, the $5 will be put in your account. Please do not put in more than 2 tickets a week. If you try to claim for a referral that you have been previously paid for, your account WILL be deleted, with loss of all credits and cash. We only pay our active members!

I wish to remove a site or reduce the amount of credits allocated to it, without loosing my credits. Is this possible?

Yes, if you delete a site the credits automatically go back to your credit pool in your account. If you wish to reduce credits to one site or url then click on the green E button next to the url. A new box will open, showing the amount of hits allocated. Clear this box and press the Green S for submit button. Once again your credits will be returned to your account pool. You are then free to reallocate the credits to this or other sites.

Why is my website not approved?

You may not have assigned any credits to it. It may not be in English. It may contain I Frames. It may have a popup. It may contain a downloader or virus. It may have un suitable content. Admin will decide on whether a site is approved. In some cases, your account may also be deleted.

Why has my account been deleted?

You may have been found to be using an autobot surfing program. You may not be clicking the correct verification buttons. You may have tried to repeatedly refresh the prize page. You may have submitted a malware or non English website. You may have submitted a website that had already been unapproved. You may have been found not advertising as per the FAQs. You may have been found to have submitted a payment claim, and had no website in the system, or had no credits assigned to one. If you are not Advertising- you are stealing credits from the members!

Our anti-cheating system

We use the latest methods to detect members that are cheating, and stealing credits from our members. The system runs on it's own, and we get no notification if a member has been banned for cheating . If you do not see the verification page, there is no point in being a member. The whole point of belonging to a traffic exchange is to see other members sites.This is an advertising business, not a pay for click site. The system does not fault, and there is no point in asking for your account to be re- instated. The system will allow you to make 5 mistakes in 7 days. Any more than that, and you account is banned!

What are the letters in the surfbar?

They are another way to earn credits. Every so many pages viewed, a letter will change color. When the phrase is completed, you earn credits, and go on to the next phrase. The phrases are- Aloha Palm Trees Hula Girls Big Kahuna Golden Sunsets Hawaiian Hitz Rocks Only Pros Earn Cash. The amount you win depends on the phrase, and whether you are a free or Pro member. When you reach the last phrase, you start again.
